Ceri Prince

Paralegal

Ceri

Ceri joined the firm in 2015. She is a Paralegal in the Public Law department.

Prior to joining the firm Ceri worked for a law firm in Cardiff in their family department. Her role was to support fee earners and she gained invaluable experience in Family Law with particular emphasis on Public Law. She saw clients and generally assisted fee earners in providing an excellent service.

Ceri joined Nicol Denvir Purnell as a Personal Assistant/Secretary to one of the partners. Ceri dealt exclusively with Public Law cases, all funded by Legal Aid and she quickly became invaluable, supporting and assisting the partner. Nicol Denvir Purnell’s care team is always extremely busy and all members of the team play an essential role and Ceri quickly became a team player.

In October 2018 Ceri was offered the position of Paralegal. Ceri supports Emma English and Danielle Shreeve who are fee earners in the care department. Ceri deals with parents and grandparents and other relatives who are involved in care proceedings or who have some social services involvement in their lives. She attends PLO and other Children’s Services meetings, she sees new clients, and she takes instructions from clients and generally assists the care department.

Clients are able to speak to Ceri about their cases when the fee earners are at court and Ceri plays an invaluable role in the Care (Public Law) department.
